value than others. Valuable resources will enable a firm to apply strategies and
perform in ways that lead to increased market share, higher sales, lower costs,
higher margins, or in ways that add value to the firm. RBV theory also
acknowledges that firm attributes related to past experiences, organizational
culture and core competencies are critical to the internal and external

on how to execute strategies and perform to increase the value of the firm. In short,
it utilizes the use of resources that best for the global environment.

2. The corporation's structure and culture are the things that reside inside the
corporation which makes a strong or weak point. Structure and culture affect the
employees how they expected to act and understand the work given to them such
as their roles and authority within the business. A good culture and structure is a
solid foundation of the corporation that they knew what to do and what will they
need to accomplish to toward to reach their goal.
