Article 

1544 of the Civil Code states that: If the same thing should have been sold
to different vendees, the ownership shall be transferred to the person who may
have first taken possession thereof in good faith, if it should be movable property.
Requisites:
1. Two valid sales transactions over the same subject matter;
2. Two buyers must have conflicting interest; and
3. Two buyers must have each bought from the very the same seller.

In case of double sale the person who will be considered as the owner of the
property will be based on the order of priority:
1. the first person to register the sale in good faith;

2. the first possessor in good faith;

3. the buyer who in good faith presents the oldest title.
