Shot put throw rules and regulations

 Every competitor has three trails.

 At qualified round best eight athletes will go to the final.

 Best throw will be considering winner.

 Taping is not allow in throw accept open wound.

 Safety belt is allowed.

 Chalk maybe used for better grip.

 Throw time only 1 mint.

 Measuring end to top from lesser or measurement tape

 Personal marks not allow in sector.

 Athlete will throw with one hand.

 There are three flags use in the throw, white, red and yellow.

Fouls:

 Foul will be consider if

 Fail to throw in 1 mint.

 Fail to pause before throw.

 Touch outside surface of circle.

 Shot put does not fall in sector.

 Shot put touches the outer surface before landing.

 Athlete’s body is not under control before leaving the circle.

 Leave the circle before complete the throw.

 Athlete does not exist from back half.
