1. That by way of registered Nikah nama dated 18-09-2019, the plaintiff was
married to the defendant fixing dower for Tk. 3,00,000/=which has remained

plaintiff continues to live with the defendant in the defendant’s home. This is a
matter of great sorrow and pain that the plaintiff came to know clearly that the

When she protested on 04-03-2021, she was forcibly evicted from his home. The
plaintiff took refuge in her grandfather’s house from Jessore to Meherpur by bus

with great difficulty and since then the plaintiff has been at his grandfather’s
house.
3. That thereafter the plaintiff tried her best to continue the marriage with the
defendant, but the defendant took no initiatives to bring her back to his home. The
defendant didn’t take any initiatives to pay her any maintenance cost and dower
money.
1,00,000/= Taka per month.as such the defendant did not make payment of the
unpaid dower money for Taka 3,00,000/=to the plaintiff and such the defendant
has not paid any maintenance cost till date the plaintiff is entitled to get
defendant is liable to pay total 3,0,5000/= Taka and demanding the aforesaid
dower money and maintenance cost repeatedly by her grandfather, the defendant
didn’t comply and lastly the defendant denied to pay any maintenance cost and
dower money to the plaintiff on 08-03-2021 and hence the instant suit.
5. That the cause of action of the instant suit arose on 18-09-2019 when the
plaintiff was married to the defendant, and then on 04-03-2021 when the plaintiff
was forcibly evicted from the defendant’s home and lastly on 08-03-2021 when
the defendant denied to pay the maintenance cost and dower money which is still
continuing till date within the territorial jurisdiction of the Hon’ble court.
6. That the suit has been filed by the plaintiff paying requisite court fees in
