as the human resources department representatives, in order to touch a decisive
issue regarding the opening of a new development office in Colombia, starting

Management where you use all the necessary tools to grow better, either by

experience to a young company. Resulting in a strong culture working tirelessly to

For this reason, on behalf of HubSpot's human resources department, we firmly
believe that employees who are in a pleasant work environment are more
productive, since they have favorable stimuli allowing them to have a good mood
and perform their work in a positive way. On the contrary, a bad work environment
is a factor that affects productivity and can even lead to abandonment of the
