Reflection Questions
1. What is your favorite Smartphone app and why?
Your Response: My favorite Smartphone app is Facebook because it is mainly family and close friends. Facebook
never has too much drama like other apps now a days.
2. What is a possible job or profession you might like to do in the future? Name 3 applications you might need to use in
that profession.
3. What is the difference between a desktop app and cloud-based app? When would you use each?
Your Response: Cloud applications have some advantages over desktop applications: They can be less expensive,
simpler to manage, and easier to update and use. On the other hand, there may be reasons to keep your application on
your desktop, including network bandwidth. I would use a cloud application to data storage throughout the remote
server. I would use desktop application more for my schooling to deliver web applications throughout my computer and
things over the internet from a remote server.
