As the HR Manager, I’ve been privy to Monica’s work ethic and dedication to her position since she was
onboarded in November of 2020, and work with her directly with her on a daily basis. She is a respected
and integral part of our front desk team and her dedication to the position and hotel shines brightly.

Recently, Monica has been offered a Front Desk Supervisor position and thankfully has accepted. This a
a company first due to her short time with us, but again, her command of our processes and systems
made it so that we quickly came to rely on her for the smooth operations we run at our front desk. Since
she has joined our team, we have consistently been the top Days Inn in the state of California for
Wyndham Reward enrollments, landing in The Gold Circle, an award that is highly coveted in our brand.
This award is given out to properties who exceed already high brand standards in guest satisfaction,
social media reviews, cleanliness, and overall excellence. Quite simply, we could not have earned it
without her expertise in managing customer service, guest experience, and overall aptitude in all facets
of the job.

Monica seamlessly problem solves any issues that occur on site, including any issues that arise outside
of normal business hours. She continually goes above and beyond the scope of her duties and can be
depended upon to consistently deliver for both our hotel and the team she supervises.
