1.0 20 3.0 BLASTING WORKS a OBJECTIVES ‘This section defines the relevant (minimum) safety aspects when undentalclag: blasting work activities and associated operations that the SOeRACToR aes required to comply at SITE. This section shall be read in tandem with the “safe heditiig and use of explosives” requirements. 2 ‘ RESPONSIBILITIES OF CONTRACTOR CONTRACTOR shall supervise any blasting work activities and associated: and shall’ have the responsibility to ensure that all equipment are: in asa: condition prior to the commencement of work. A physical inspection of that blasting’ area shall be undertaken by the shotfire-in-charge (ie.
