Job Description:
Office Manager:
Receive calls and talk to prospective candidates about jobs and registration process
Attend to walk-ins and help them register for jobs
Data entry: Enter data from registered forms in the software with utmost accuracy
Sort incoming mail
Manage office supplies including but not limited to printer ink, printer paper, printing
registration forms etc.
Maintain employee relationship by answering their queries and concern from time to time
Recruiter:
Support the managers with the recruiting process for various job roles
May need to conduct background checks for candidates
Collaborating with managers to compile a consistent list of requirements for job roles
Maintain a log of employed candidates through the agency and keep track of their attendance
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
Help candidates with online health and safety training as and when required
Maintaining the business relationship/partnership with clients through calls and emails
Growing and developing a client database through building client relationships, cold calling and
client/prospect visits in a specific local territory
