Office Manager & Recruiter

Type: Permanent, Full-time

Hours: 9 am to 4pm Monday to Friday

Location: 7007 Islington Ave, Unit 8, Woodbridge, ON

Job Description:

Office Manager:

 Receive calls and talk to prospective candidates about jobs and registration process
 Attend to walk-ins and help them register for jobs
 Data entry: Enter data from registered forms in the software with utmost accuracy
 Sort incoming mail
 Manage office supplies including but not limited to printer ink, printer paper, printing
registration forms etc.
 Maintain employee relationship by answering their queries and concern from time to time

Recruiter:

 Support the managers with the recruiting process for various job roles
 May need to conduct background checks for candidates
 Collaborating with managers to compile a consistent list of requirements for job roles
 Maintain a log of employed candidates through the agency and keep track of their attendance
 Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
 Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
 Help candidates with online health and safety training as and when required
 Maintaining the business relationship/partnership with clients through calls and emails
 Growing and developing a client database through building client relationships, cold calling and
client/prospect visits in a specific local territory

Requirements:

 1 year of experience in administrative, sales, customer service or related field preferred


 Excellent communication skills- both written and spoken
 Good interpersonal skills
 Good decision making skills
 Ability to build long-term and trusting business relationships
 Must be internet savvy with some knowledge in Microsoft Office
 Must be organized, able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
