Concerns-Based Adoption Model (CBAM)


o Describes how people develop as they learn about an innovation and the stages of that
process.

2. Overcoming Resistance to Change Model (ORC)


o Focuses on change from the perspective of the teacher. In this model, there are four
stages as listed below:
Unrelated concerns
Personal concerns
Task-related concerns
Impact-related concerns

3. Leadership-Obstacle Course model (LOC)


o Extends the Overcoming Resistance to Change Model and puts emphasis on the
gathering of data to determine the extent and nature of the resistance in order to deal
with it appropriately.

4. Linkage Model
o Involves a cycle of diagnosis, search, and retrieval, formulation of solution,
dissemination and evaluation.
