Troubleshooting Login Issues

Step 1: Enter your Microsoft Account email address. Click Next.

Step 2: You may see this screen if your Organizational/Work Microsoft Account is the same as
your Personal Microsoft account. Select which type of account you will log in with.

Important Note: If you are signing-in with an Organizational/Work Account like your
institution’s @domain.edu, select the top option.
Step 3: You may see this screen if you try to log in with an incorrect account type and we
cannot find your account. If this occurs, please go back and try the other account type.
