and fence. Garrison fence is construction X3 times faster than boundary wall.

 Security-: Garrison fence is virtually impossible to climb or break through. It also

offers visibility which is a necessity in military sites.

to ensure a long service life of more than 15 years ( Thermoplastic and dual powder coated)
 C-4 LEVEL OF CORROSION STANDARD PROTECTION ( AS PER CPWD SPECS)

Approved as Indian modular military fencing Anti-Climb Weld-mesh panels is a

unique perimeter security system that maintains a guarded display of visual
screening balancing the need to delay and deter an attack. Anti-Climb combines a
mesh that discourages cutting and climbing with framework that can support a
total security platform.

Our dual coating corrosion resistant abilities far surpass those of painted surfaces. This dual coating not only provides
resistance from weathering but also reduces scratch & burnishing marks typically encountered during shipping.
Our pre-galvanized steel base weld-mesh panels are subjected to an 11-stage process to cleanse & prepare the steel
for finished dual coated panels.
First our 7-stage Pre-Treatment removes everything from the surface of the galvanized steel that might inhibit the
finish from properly adhering during the next 4-stage Double Coating process.
Our powder coating line has a set up for dual coating, each having its own curing oven. For highest quality of coating the
surface is passed through first powder coat, then partial curing oven, and then through a second powder coat and finally
through the final curing oven. This allows us to get higher DFT, which gives an excellent quality, durability and longevity

Our first base coating is zinc rich epoxy based thermosetting powder coating designed to enhance the corrosion
resistance of weld-mesh panel.

Our second final coat is polyester thermosetting powder coating withstanding 1000 hrs of salt spray test for meeting C4
level of corrosion protection standards.

CIRCULAR HOLLOW POSTS/Y ANGLES THERMOPLASTIC POWDER COATING-:

Tirupati Fence high quality Hollow circular powder coated posts & Y-
angles used for border fencing are Thermoplastic powder coated after
fabrication with a minimum thickness 250-300 microns as required by
the protection system to meet C4- High corrosion protection standards.

The one layer,thick film thermolpastic coating are extremely tough and
resilient to mechanical and chemical stress.

The features of thermoplastic coating on posts and angles are-:
