Subject: REPORT OF TECHNICAL ERROR IN COT

Respected Madam,

With reference to subject cited above, it is stated that in the month of February
COT App was malfunctioning again and aain for the whole month, 0n 24th of
Feb, all unsent activities were lost and after that App was not opening, I
uninstalled te app and reinstalled but again same happened, I connected the cell
to high speed WIFI internet but in vain, at last after 2 days of all trials, I
contacted DMO Office and told everything to Shakeel Sb in DMO Office, he
asked me send my complaint on whatsapp (screenshot is attached with) in
message so that he can forward, I sent him a text about my problem and my
problem was solved on 28th of February. I uploaded the possible COT perfomas
on App as most of profomas were in schools but all teachers are mentored
physically in whole Markaz. Same problem was faced on 31st of March when
we were asked to update COT app as SIF indicators were newly added, my App
was not getting an update and I was unable to open it, I uninstalled and
reinstalled which resulted in loss of my all COT activities, I uploaded the
available perfomas which I had as pictures. Respected Mam, I mention my
COT activity on logbooks on every visit, Performas are filled and teachers are
mentored in detail, this may be physically verified with my actual visit plans,
my actual COT activity is 100%.
