● Title 1 Form is in the works
● All original DRA( instructional level)/ MEA/Star360 results must be in
the Cumulative Folder ( green) as well as progress reports. At the end
of the year the only report card that will be ing the file will be Q4

● Zale-Review PTO request procedures
● A form ( fund request drawer) must be filled out if you have a request
for them to discuss it but don’t fill it out last minute.
Exhaust our school budgetary needs before we ask for funding-
their vision is all students

● Marking students absent-can go back 2 weeks. We can accept late


work. Try to be flexible.
● Katherine B-Break the RTI A Committee into a K-2 sub-committee
and a 3-5 sub-committee. Courtney and I can still organize the K-2
one but someone upstairs can be responsible for 3-5. This way we
can fit more kids into the timeslots. Thoughts?

i. Meet with staff and develop a needs list for keeping
students in school and/or returning to school (ventilation,
space, technology, space, supplies, transportation, and
food service). Focus should be larger projects, with a
close estimate of cost. Can include students’ learning loss.
As a staff-what relates to having students return full time.
1. Principals and staff will develop their priorities and
rationale for the project, timeline, and staff needed
to complete the project.
2. Share one pager to Sue Pratt, and Sue will compile
it, and review with the admin team with a
consensus model.
3. The admins recommendations will go to the board,
once approved, the grant will be written.
