The report is created with 20a.


If you use this report with om a previous version please take note that you will encounter two errors as the report includes Interview Scheduling data. This
was a new subject area with 20a.

1. Unarchive the file to the following folder:


Shared Folders/Custom/Human Capital Management/Recruiting

2. Change URL for Action Links

Edit the 00 Requisition Details


Go to Results
Edit View
Choose Column Properties for Job Requisition ID
Go to Interaction
Edit Action Link
Click on >> and Choose Edit Action
Change URL so it fits your environment:
https://your.environment.com/fndSetup/faces/deeplink?objType=@{1}&action=@{2}&objKey=RequisitionId=@{3};pCalledFrom=DEEPLINK

Do the same process for the following analysis’s:


03 List Of Candidates Meet All Of The Requirements
03 List Of Candidates Meet Some Of The Requirements
04 List of Candidates with Feedback

You will also have to change the URL for Candidate Search and for Pool Name on the Candidate Match Report.
Instructions:

I would also strongly suggest that you create questions, templates and questionnaires that ask questions regarding the competencies that is defined in the
job profile.

This would then be used with the »Collect Feedback» functionality in ORC.

When the participants then provide answers you will be able to compare candidates based on the feedback that has been given.

Moreover, the report will then help you compare both education, skills and competencies / behaviours for the different roles.
