To Safely Start Your CNC Machines

Due to Post LOCK DOWN…
Please do not power ON
the machine first.

Clean your machine,

remove the old coolant
and chips inside the
machine as well as on the
chip tray.
Remove network cables
from your CNC machines.

Ensure Neutral to Earth

voltage should be less
than 2.9Volt and power
ON the machine.
Open and check the
electrical panel.

Ensure all the components

are free of rats and pests.

In case of abnormalities or
doubts please call us.
Power ON the machine and
press E-Stop.

Check and ensure no

abnormal alarms in the
alarm history.

Reset the alarms and

reference in single axis first.
Once done reference all
axes.
Remove all tools from spindle and tool
magazine.

Clean the spindle taper and tool

pockets with IP or WD40 chemical
to remove the rust if any.

Apply grease in tool magazine and

double arm.

Ensure way covers surfaces are

not rusted and clean, apply lubrication
before operation.

For Lathes : Apply chuck lubrication

ensure secured clamping before start
up and cycle tool turret.
Apply lubrication oil on table
and slightly apply oil stone to
remove the rusted area.

Remove the air moisture in

pneumatic line.

Please run the machine warm

up for 2 hours for better
lubrication.
