A training is conducted for various people in gram panchayath. What is the concept of
learning you may use in this context? Send me a half-page report on which learning
theory/theories and why?

Ans: According to the case study of Gram panchayat the concept of Accomadator and
Converger learning styles are been used . As a accommodator they try to solve the problem
on trial and error method they are trying to create knowledge rather than transmission of
existing fixed ideas.
As a converger learner they are taking up challenge of bringing up all the 36 districts of
rajathan and providing a theortical learning for the people which brings up a experimental
activity.
