Tuba Selling Contract:

This contract describeV all the details about the tuba selling between Bruno Rafael Gutierrez
(the seller) and ___________________ (the buyer).

Me, Bruno Rafael Gutierrez sell to _________________ a used John Packer JP379FF
Sterling F TubaD*LGGLQJV :HEVWHU$ODQ%DHU6ROR)WXED mouthpiece, a tuba BERP, and
a John Packer F tuba hardcase. The buyer read all the details about the tuba and its’

After I gave the buyer all the asked information, we agreed about $3000 + shipping expenses
for the tuba and a hard case. As well we agreed that the buyer will take all the risk and the
responsibility about damaged or lost during the shipping (of course that the seller will make all
the efforts to pack the tuba as safe as possible, and in a case of lost or damaged during the
shipping, will help as much as possible to manage with the shipping company).

Deal Process:
1. The buyer and seller will review and sign the contract, the buyer signs first then the
seller.
2. The buyer will send a direct deposit of $300 to the seller for all the materials needed for
packing and shipping.
3. The seller will buy all the needed shipping materials to protect the tuba and will package
the tuba.
4. When the tuba is ready for shipping, the buyer will pay the seller the full price of the tuba
as agreed in this contract - $3000, by direct deposit to his paypal account.
5. After receiving the payment, the seller will ship the tuba to the buyer, and send him copies
of the receipts of all the shipping expenses. In a case that the shipping expense is less than
provided, the difference will be subtracted from the payment of the tuba. As well, the Seller
will provide to the buyer all the shipping and tracking details.
6. After the Tuba has been sent to the buyer, the deal cannot be canceled.
