1. Housekeeping department.

Housekeeping Department, must to have a plan for good performance, design for higher quality
services, strengthen cleanliness. So, that customers feel comfortable and are finally happy to stay
in the hotel. Then, after that they must to do the work by putting the plan into action, make sure
all staff or manager in Housekeeping Department have a good communication in carrying out a
plan in developing services quality, make sure the plan has been set run smoothly and also
develop services so that the quality is much better.
Implementation Total Quality Management In Housekeeping Department there is standard
operational procedure (SOP) from management and also the organization build a good way to
organize and training the employees and give the employees easy to communicate with the
management or organization also the management give an achievement to employees who had
great job to served guests with excellent experience, and enjoying staycation in the hotel.
2. Food and beverage department.

Food and Beverages Department, a department in a hotel that has a difficult responsibility,
namely ensuring that guests are satisfied with the quality of food. Therefore, the Food and
Beverages department must have quality planning in preparing menus, providing new menus,
cleanliness, work efficiency and so on. Carry out all existing plans with the staff and managers
concerned. Make sure everything runs smoothly and in accordance with common goals. Having a
quality plan and being able to act, guests will feel satisfied and have an impact on the
sustainability of the hotel.
Implementation Total Quality Management in Food & Beverages there is standard
operational procedure also in this standard have a quality, quantity, control cost, check
and re-check the stock, also the production and product price, prices of the product were
established. The staff can describe the foods and beverages were established in the hotel
be a good seller to the guest about the product.
