CONTRACT OF LOAN

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MELVIE SILVERIO, of legal age, single, and a resident of Buenavista,

Sablayan, Occidental Midoro hereinafter referred to as LENDER;

-and-

LORNA SOGUILON, of legal age, married and a resident of Poblacion,

Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro herein referred to as BORROWER;

WITNESSESTH:

That the Borrower wishes to borrow and the Lender is willing to lend the
amount of SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (7,500) PESOS.

NOW THEREFORE:

I LORNA SOGUILON as the BORROWER, received the abovementioned

amount from the LENDER subject to the following conditions:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. That, I will pay said amount on December 5, 2017;

2. That this amount loaned to me shall incur a 10% percent payment when it
fell due;

3. That when I failed to pay, said principal amount and the interest will be
subject to 1% interest every month of default payment.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, parties herein affixed their signatures on the
