Assalamualaikum wr.

Good morning.

The honorable CEO of RSBT incorporated company and staffs

The honorable the judges of the contest

And our beloved colleagues

Let us introduce ourself first. My name is…. and.. and..

We are from Bakti Timah Mentok Hospital

At this good moment, let us say a few words about “The Role of Women in
Transformation”. As we know, transformation is a change in appearance (from its form,
nature, function, etc.) or it can be said that transformation is a change made by responding to
the influence of external and internal elements that will direct changes from a previously
known form through a process. The external and internal elements are varied, about what
kind of transformation will be carried out.

In the recent digital era, digital transformation is the most familiar thing in life. There
have been many significant changes, especially since the COVID-19 pandemic has hit the
whole world. Even though the body is isolated from the crowd, people will look for other,
more effective ways to communicate. Because most people will stay at home more often,
they will take advantage of gadgets and other electronic media to communicate.

In the past few years, digital (dijidl) technology (tekhnaleje) has transformed the
healthcare landscape, into a more patient-focused one where service providers focus on
engaging (ingejing) patients and enhancing the patient experience (ikspiriens). Health
transformation from conventional to digital is a necessity (niseside) during (dyuuuring) the
COVID-19 pandemic which causes the process to roll faster. There are so many ways we can
do using digital elements (elemens) to make easier our tasks and better patient satisfaction.
We can optimize our marketing via social (soshel) media using official Instagram or
WhatsApp for delivering information about COVID-19 and others, medical check-up promo,
or a routine health seminar (semenar) intended for the community so that we are not only
giving good information but also good marketingat the same time. It is an easier and cheaper
way because most of the people using gadget recently.
Other things that we can do is using a hotline WhatsApp number to register new
patients in polyclinic so that people don’t need to wait for a long time and we can adjust the
crowd in the waiting room to minimalize contact, especially in this pandemic era.
Digitalization results also make better use of patient data so that service providers can
provide personalized services to their patients. In this particular scope, we need to provide
further and better data so that we can optimize our services to patients. But most of the digital
transformation that we talk before is done in Bakti Timah Mentok Hospital even though we
still need to make it better.

It is not impossible, if the online and integrated medical record data has been running
optimally, then services will be more integrated, faster, and of course more profitable for the
hospital in terms of efficiency and material. Handling of patients becomes faster and doctors,
medical records officers, laboratory assistants, and pharmacies can communicate easily with
each other so that they can serve patients more quickly and efficiently. We hope this will
happen as soon as possible.

So, what is the role of us as health (helth) workers especially (ispesyieli) as women
(wemen) health workers? We need to support all of the digital transformations of our hospital
do. We need to play an active role in everything and even we can submit our new ideas about
what kind of digital transformation that we need more. As a woman (women), we have the
same right with men. Rights for putting forward an opinion, play an active role in hospital
activities, etc. So, it’s time for us to shine. Show yourself and play an active role in digital
transformation in the hospital to make better in our hospital and community life.

We think that’s all for today. Thank you for your kind attention.
