 1. ABSTRACT

OOBS (Online Organization Banking system) is a bank for a particular organization.

In which, only the employees of that particular organization can have account. It
provides zero minimum balance account and ease in transactions and this bank is
completely online. Online Banking is one of the most important financial activities
which will be carried out by any person who holds a bank account. There are various
activities that can be carried out once you log in to your bank account. Once a user logs
in he or she can check the bank balance, check bank account transaction history or
account summary, download account summary. Whenever we deal with a banking
system main concern should be the security related to banking transactions and account
login activity. The main objective of our project is to provide more security while
performing online transaction by providing efficient authentication etc. The user using
the online banking service would be given user id along with password One called Login
Password. By using login password, the customer can login to be account and we can
perform only some (limited) operations like viewing A/C balance and personal details
etc. And also user is paid interest by the bank for the money left in their account which
will be used by the organization, this will be the main advantage for the user in OOBS.

2. PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT

This document provides an overview about the business need and the solution that can
be provided to fulfill the objective. The main objective of our project is to manage the
details of employees accounts, internet Banking, transactions, check account Balance,
interest calculation etc. The proposed System, will be implemented using ASP.NET for
software companies to enhance their support system. Here, in OOBS is a bank for a
particular organization. In which, only the employees of that particular organization can
have account. It provides zero minimum balance account and ease in transactions.
 3. BUSINESS CASE

Online organization bank can provide the following

 Speed and efficiency

 Low overhead can mean low fees
 Low overhead can mean high interest rates on deposit accounts

Online Banking is one of the most important financial activities which will be carried
out by any person who holds a bank account. There are various activities that can be
carried out once you log in to your bank account. The value falls into three main
categories.

Maximize Operational Efficiencies

 Check your bank balance at any time.

 Check your bank statements and go paperless (stop getting paper bills sent to you).
 Check on any investments you might have that are linked to your account.

4. MODULES

The Modules involved are

Admin -Admin is the one who administers the system and input updates.

User - Users have to create an account into the system by registering themselves. Then they
may login into the system and can utilize services,
Registration - Entering the data new employee of the organization

Home - This is the home page of OOBS from this page user can click on Login link to go
login page.

Login - This is the login page for customer. Customer needs to login to access his account
details and perform transaction over internet Customer can use virtual key pad to type
password System logs all valid and invalid login attempts for security porpoise

Change Password - Logged user can change their password from this page. System
automatically redirects user to change password page for first time user

My Account - System display all account no and details in this screen user can select link to
view mini statement and detail statement from this page
