Conclusion

Study was conducted to find out primary school teacher’s perception about their job satisfaction
and new rules and regulations introduced in province Punjab, in education sector. The main goals
were to find out the regulations which had been developed and enforced during that period. It has
been further discussed. The teachers were aware of the program and had rules implemented. It
was also discovered which rules are well suited by teachers and which rules are not applied.
Teachers had differing perceptions of different new rules and regulations. The majority of
elementary teachers supported the inclusion of NTS in the recruitment process. Majority was
agreed on fact that quality teachers are selected through NTS. Teachers were overall happy with
the rationalization program, yet at the same time the majority agreed that rationalization creates
tension among teachers. It was found that, PEC exams should not be conducted in schools.
Teacher’s trainings were found to be beneficial but needed to be well planned. Monitoring
process was found to be satisfactory as it has controlled teacher’s absenteeism. Almost, whole
population condemned LND test. All teachers were highly disappointed for not being
appreciated by department on showing god performance. It was found that teachers are not
motivated through intensives and promotions on the basis of showing good results.

In a nut shell it is discovered that there are some laws that teachers do not follow and also there

are some rules that are not being fully enforced.
