Before this practice, my mind was all over the place. I was being overwhelmed with thinking
about all the things I needed to get done and I was having a hard time getting things done. The
multiple tasks I had to get done popped in my head throughout the practice and I acknowledged
them and simplified the problems. I also recognized the emotional tone of stress in my mind and
sadness in my heart. It felt like a breath of fresh air and I was able to relieve some pressure by
doing this practice. My mind feels more clear enough to get my work done.
