AFFIDAVIT OF NO OTHER DONATION

I, IGNACIO ANTIOLA, Filipino, of legal age, presently residing at Poblacion, San

Miguel, Bohol having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and
state:

1. That I am the surviving spouse of late EDUARDA GOLOSINO ANTIOLA who is

now already deceased;

2. That sometime on October 9, 2002, my wife, with my conformity, donated to her

brother IGNACIO GOLOSINO, a certain parcel of land covered with Katibayan
ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. 103107, as evidence by “WAIVER OF RIGHTS AND
PRIVILEDGES OVER REAL PROPERTY’ executed before Notary Public Atty.
Romualdo G. Buno and entered in his Notarial Register as Doc No. 721; Page No.
83; Book No. 6; Series of 2002;

3. That, I hereby attest to the fact that I and my late wife Eduarda Golosino Antiola
have made only one Donation within that year;

4. That, I am executing this affidavit to attest that my late wife Eduarda Golosino
Antiola had made only one Donation within the year and that there was no other
Donation made during that year;

5. I also execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal purposes this may serve best.
