Science already made a significant role in people’s lives for this gave the people a deeper

understanding on the natural or physical world which already involved their personal and social activities.
Now, this science evolved and sharpened through the intellectual revolution which mas molded by
different philosophers or the scientific thinkers and became the power to determine the essentials of a
person.
There were many factors that was considered to be under the intellectual revolution but the factor
which struck me the most is during the INFORMATION or COMPUTER AGE. Provided that it was the
era in which technology has been prevalent, it gave a huge change on the system of society today, how
people live, how people acquire and have their basic necessities, how people transport from one place to
another and many more. I was struck by this one because practically, it gave us the ease of today like
those scientific information helps the scientists, engineers, scholars, researchers and even the ordinary
people to be well informed with the current advancements in the field of science and tech and to keep
them up-to-date. With that, through this era, as various information based on scientific knowledge put
into practical use, many new inventions and innovations was discovered which became a great help of
today leading to many communication services like texting, email, and social media developed and the
world has not been the same since.
Frankly, this part of intellectual change is I think the most useful ones for this shifted the
traditional way of life to a modernized, industrialized and technology mandated society of today. Because
of the scientific information of yesterday, we have the way to gain knowledge and communicate with
others today most especially during this time were the pandemic gave a burden in the field of learning or
education.
