Rationale of Activity In the interest of laying-out how the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) measures and achieves its expected outcome indicators through the SLP Mainstreaming Stage and identifying the necessary tools, mechanisms, activities, and interventions that the SLP ought to use to provide appropriate recommendations and technical assistance to SLP Associations and program participants, the SLP- National Program Management Office (NPMO) has | crafted the SLP Mainstreaming Manual. | | In line with this, please be advised that the SLP-NPMO calls for the participation of all Field Office, specifically the SLP Regional Program Coordinators, Training Officers, Partnership Officers, Social Marketing Officers, and other selected staff, to the 2021 Training of Trainers (TOT) on SLP Mainstreaming Manual scheduled on April 27-28, 2021 via online. Objectives: Performance Objective: At the end of the activity/ training, the participants will be able to perform and/or take on the responsibility of ensuring the compliance to the processes_and Page 2 of 25 IV. Expected Outputs and Outcomes: mechanisms provided in the SLP Mainstreaming Manual and conduct follow-through or cascading of learning to the Field Implementers as part of the objectives of the Training of Trainers (TOT) intervention. | Enabling Objectives: The following objectives are identified to enable optimal learning of the participants: « Present and discuss the salient points and highlights of the SLP Mainstreaming Manual; e Provide information on the SLP Mainstreaming Stage processes, mechanisms, tools, and its application; |e Emphasize the roles and responsibilities of the NPMO, RPMO, and Field Implementers in the SLP Mainstreaming Stage/s; * Clarify emerging issues, concerns, and other implications of the SLP Mainstreaming Stage to the current SLP implementation efforts of the Field | Offices. Measures to Assess the Before the activity, all parti ints are encouraged to read in advance the final version of the SLP Mainstreaming Manual During the activity, the participants will be engaged to provide their insights and or reflections and exert utmost and active participation throughout the entire duration of the activity. After the activity, selected participants will be requested to share their impression regarding the activity. Subsequently, all participants will accomplish an evaluation form at the end of the activity and each participating Field Office/ SLP RPMO shall be able to accomplish their re-entry action plans in line with the cascading of the SLP Mainstreaming Manual to Field Implementers and other SLP stakeholders. VI. Activity Management Team SLP -Learning Development and Administrative Unit: facilitator and session guide support of the activity. Further, will oversee the overall conduct of the activity and coordination with internally sourced Resource Persons from the SLP NPMO Mainstreaming Manual Technical Working Group. Activity objectives will be monitored regularly throughout the sessions. Selected staff from the SLP Regional Program Management Offices/ Field Offices shall act as learners for the learning visit and shall also act as focal points of information during the implementation of the re-entry action plan on the cascading of the SLP Mainstreaming Manual to Field implementers and other SLP stakeholders. Page 4 of 25 VIl.Description of the Activity: The activity is designed as a Training of Trainers which is primarily directed to develop and/or enhance the competencies (knowledge, skills, attitudes) of SLP Field Office staff, aid in the mainstreaming transition planning, and clarify the roles and responsibilities of the internal stakeholders, and other relevant knowledge and skills sets in line with the SLP Mainstreaming Stage as guided by the SLP Mainstreaming Manual.
