Dear Ms Petrova,
Last month, 9 February, I ordered a soft toy from your online store (order reference
№31940002). I carefully checked to see if this item is in stock. When placing an order,
the date of receipt of my order in the mail was specified on February 25.
Another week has passed since February 25, but my order never arrived. I decided to
contact the technical support on the site. No one answered me, because all the operators
were busy. I have been trying to contact them for a few more days and I'm still waiting
to receive one. That payment had been taken from my credit card and I'm worried that I
won't get the order.
I ordered from your online store for the first time. My friends recommended your site.
they have never experienced such situations. I hope you solve my problem.
