To check certificates under Chrome : click on the menu button (1) then Parameters (2)

Then go to “advanced parameters” (bottom of the page) :

Click on “Manage Certificates” :

You will see a window like this :

With several tabs : personal / other people / Intermediate Certificates Authorities / Trusted
Certificates authorities
Go under “Trusted Certificate Authorities” tab, scroll and check you have Total authority :

You must have at least : TOTAL & TOTAL ROOT CA.


Then go under “Intermediate certificate authorities” tab , scroll to find TOTAL lines :

You must have at least : TOTAL, TOTAL AUTHENTICATION CA, TOTAL USER AUTHENTICATION CA.

If you do not have these lines, you have to install the certificate package.
