Basically, is consideration of many aspects, well, we can say that some of


those aspects are related with customer services, for example: when the
customer consumes a product or a service, the company must be aware of
how was the quality of the service and the product in the future, of course
how was the service and sometimes an additional service as deliveries,
that´s basically the main point of customer experience, awareness of the
service after of customer service

with the product and stay loyalty

o The company must set some kinds of strategies to make costumers more
inclined with the brand, so basicaclly what the team must do is working in
activities to achieve goals that make the linked between customer and the brand
stronger
o Reduce Customer Churn
