LOS ANGELES – Half Alive is scheduled to release their first studio album on June 1 of this

year.

The album will be released to the public at midnight and will be available on all music

platforms. The album is scheduled to be released on C.D. as well as vinyl on June 2. Hard copies

can be found on the bands website.

The album consists of 16 songs. Similar to the band's EP released in 2017, the music is

expected to have a 70’s alternative sound. Popular alternative band, The 1975, is featured on one

of the 16 songs.

“The band has a very unique sound,” said The 1975’s lead singer Matty Healy. “They are

doing something new with alternative music with this album.”

The group found success after releasing Still Feel. in 2018. The music video recently

reached twenty million views. In 2019, the group went on their first tour. They also got the

opportunity to play at Lollapalooza that summer.

“We are so excited to finally release a full album for our fans,” said lead singer Josh

Taylor. “We have worked on this album for so long.”
