    Affidavit

     I have established Lamar Degree college of IT and Management Sciences in Arbab road
    in a rented building in 2007.
     I shall not teach in it anything against Islam and ideology of Pakistan.
     I shall abide by all the policy guidelines and directions which the Government may issue
    time to time.
     There is no teacher /staff in the above named institutions whose age is below 18 years.
     That I/we shall teach the curriculum prescribes by the Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
     That I/we shall abide by all the norms and standards, categorizations and fee
    regulations, as and when approved by the authority. In case of failure or non-
    implementation , the authority will have the right to cancel the registration
    /renewal/upgradation
