Natural Farming Fellow ( NFF ) , 10/2017 – 6/2017

AP State Government (RySS).

 This job has given me an opportunity to maintain close relationship with the farming
community and understanding of rural dynamics. I have led a team of 5 people which
includes community resource persons and a project resource person I have organised
various meetings in the span of 8 months in the farming community with a cause of
motivating farmers towards natural and zero budget natural farming, planning and
execution of horticultural fields and experimental plots and had been also been a trainer
to the community resource persons in the project.
