Subject: One-Year Anniversary for the Manzanita Park Family Resource Center

Hello Sid,

I am contacting you regarding a feature story as The Raise Foundation celebrates the one
year anniversary of the Manzanita Park Family Resource Center.

The Raise Foundation and The Manzanita Park Family Resource Center spreads awareness
of child abuse and strives to put an end to it for good. They promote strong family dynamics
and are open for all members of the community to come together to celebrate family and
friendship without abuse.

At the one-year anniversary of the Manzanita Park Family Resource Center in Anaheim, on
July 10, attendees will be painting small individual pictures that represent love and unity.
These small pieces of art will then be put together in a mural to represent unity and
compassion for one another. This event will be for members and families of the community
to come together to promote putting an end to child abuse and to spend the day with loved
ones.

On behalf of The Raise Foundation, we would love it if our local news channel ABC7 could
be there to do a feature story on the event to help raise awareness and promote peace, unity
