II.

6 History of Psychosocial and Vocational

Patient is a housewife. Her husband was passed away 3 years ago. She lived with her son and
one grandchild. She has a good relationship with all family. Her family support is good. The
patient go to the hospital accompanied by her son or grandchildren by car.

The house is a one floor house with adequate lighting and ventilation, they use a sitting toilet, no
hand rail in the bathroom. The terrace’s house there is one step to get to the fence. The house
area is on a flat land.

II.7 Activities of Daily Living, Daily Habits, and Avocational

ADL prior to surgery: Independent (Barthel Index 100)

ADL after surgery: Mild dependent (Barthel Index 90)

Before surgery, patient some times steering the car by her self when go to market or doing bank
payment or transaction. Now patient cannot go to market and bank. She cannot yet join
community participation, such as “arisan RT” in her neighborhood, but some times still
participate in “arisan keluarga”.

BMI: 26,6 (Asia Pacific)
Arm circumference : 29 / 29 cm
