ADVANCED CERTIFICATE IN

TERRORISM STUDIES
This advanced certificate program, offered by the Master of FEATURES OF THE PROGRAM
Arts in Criminal Justice program in collaboration with the
Center on Terrorism, provides students with advanced  Graduate level stand-alone certificate
instruction related to the causes and prevention of
terrorist activities.  Requires 12 credits to complete

REQUIRED COURSES ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS


Core Courses (6 Credits) Admission to the advanced certificate program will be
 CRJ 744 Terrorism and Politics; AND based upon the following criteria:
 CRJ 772 Seminar in Terrorism Studies; or
 CRJ 776 Intensive Seminar in Terrorism Studies (online  A bachelor’s degree with an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
