 The location is in a residential area and also around student boarding houses.
 Presenting a simple menu but a comfortable cafe.
 Equipped with WiFi and cable TV.
 Besides WiFi, it is also equipped with print service facilities that support student
assignments.
 Provides various snacks ranging from fried foods, pancakes to various types of dry
food
2. Weakness (weakness)

 The funds required for the procurement of facilities and infrastructure are quite
large.
 The workforce is still lacking.
 The parking location is less extensive
3. Opportunity (opportunity)

 Favored by young people who like to hang out


 Because it is located in a residential location and boarding house environment, it
allows the management to hold certain events such as watching football together,
bringing in the capital's artists, holding games with prizes at Valentine's events, etc.

 During semester holidays/campus holidays, the number of visitors will decrease


significantly.
