What advice would you give someone applying to work at practice ? – that depends on how
much you have done so far , how much you can mange by putting your cv together , i mean
building in real life thats more important , building up skill building up competitive skill and
showing that you can design complex projects.

What do you think makes a candidate stand out? – good communicators but the work plays
the more important part and then we can see very quickly the level of maturity, level of
originality don’t be shy.

What would you like to see in a portfolio? – yeah i think mostly digital is all good. to show
the process behind the project , you have to work how much more speaks for yourself.
They just should be relax and open and frank .
