THE YAHUALICA CHILI ALREADY HAS ITS NOM

After it has already been published in the Official Gazette of the Federation and, therefore,
already has the regulatory instrument that will set the standard for an integrated and quality
work from of the productive chain of another Jalisco product protected with a designation of
origin that encompasses 11 municipalities, nine of them in the Altos de Jalisco region and two
more in Zacatecas.

NOM-239-SE-2020 "Chile Yahualica" establishes what is related to its denomination of origin,

commercial information, technical specifications, and test methods.
