In the situation above I rather hire the applicant with the better
credentials. As the personnel manager it is my duty to ensure that the
school will be able to hire staffs that is capable, trustworthy and
suitable in the position needed with regards to the other applicant
which is a relative of a good and trusted worker of the school, he/she
being a relative of the worker cannot justify that the characteristics of
his/her relative is the same with him/her.
