PROBLEMS THAT ARE IN INDONESIA AND THE SOLUTIONS

Indeed, it cannot be denied that Indonesia is a developing country, a country that has
many problems and must be faced, both in the fields of politics, economy, culture, religion
and so on. Like corruption, environmental damage, unemployment, sara cases, congestion,
quality of education and so on are examples of problems facing the Indonesian state today,
and if no effort is made to minimize or even eliminate these problems, it is not impossible 10
or 20 years from now Indonesia will be considered as an underdeveloped country. Therefore,
the problem that I will raise in the theme "Problems in Indonesia and their solutions" is "The
low quality of education in Indonesia". Quality is something that is always sought after in
human life, why is that quality sought? Because with the quality of everything we do whether
in the sphere of education, economy, politics and culture, everything will be resolved
properly and optimally. Who in this case should have quality? HR (human resources). Human
resources are the main thing that must have high quality in a country. HR itself can be
interpreted as all activities carried out by organizations in facilitating employees to have the
knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to handle current or future work. It is not enough if in
a country that is proud of only the area and natural resources, because without a reliable
manager in developing natural resources and the area of the area becomes an object that can
be used as an enhancer of economic resources, thereby increasing the welfare of the
community. So this country has not become a country of pride. The manager here is the man
himself. How will he be able to become qualified human resources, and be able to advance a
country so that it becomes a prosperous country. Of course there are important factors that
every individual who becomes an Indonesian citizen must have.
