Good day sir Malab, I am JOHN KENNETH A. JIMENO, a 5th year graduating BS Civil Engineering
Student this second semester of 2020-2021. I only have 28 units left to finish the entire course.
In this regard, I would like to ask your kind office to allow me to have an overload of 9 units
since the allowable load with overload subject is 25 units.
These are the following subjects left for me finish my program:
o CE Projects 2 (3 units) - CE 509-CE52S1 – TH/S – 4:30-8:30/4:30-7:30
• Integration Course 3 for CE (2 units) - CE 514-CE52S1 – Tue – 4:30-6:30
• Plant Visits and Seminars for CE (1 unit) - CE 501-CE52S1 – MWF – 10:30-1:30
• Thermodynamics 1 (3 units) - ME 004-IE41S1 – MWF - 10:30 – 1:30
