1. SUMMATION OF N VARIABLE: The variable n is called the index of

summation. It is used to give a concise expression for a sum of the values of
a variable.

2. SUMMATION OF CONSTANT: The sum of a constant is equal to N times

the constant. The numbers/value is multiplied times the constant appearing
after the summation. After that summation can safely ignore.

3. SUMMATION OF A SUM: In order to find the summation of sum first, identify the
lower limit of summation. Second, identify the upper limit of summation. Then
substitute each value of k from the lower limit to the upper limit into the formula.
Last is add to find the sum.

4. SUMMATION OF A VARIABLES AND A CONSTANT: Variables are only letters.

The constants are only whole numbers or only numbers. Example
variable ex: x,y,z and constant:2,4,6,3.

5. SUM OF THE SQUARES OF VARIABLES: Sum of squares is used as a

mathematical way to find the function that best fit from the data. It is use to
determine the spreading of data points. And this is use to explain how data series
can be fitted to function.

6. SQUARE OF THE SUM OF VARIABLES:

7. SUM OF A PRODUCT:  The number or quantity obtained by multiplying two or

more numbers is called the product. .

8. SUM OF THE PRODUCT OF A CONSTANT AND A VARIABLE:
