Good morning, thank you for coming to my presentation. My name is Daniel.

Today I will tell you about business leaders. I divided the presentation into two
parts. First, we'll talk about the qualities of a good business leader. And then we
will analyze this question: do business leaders become or are born. All your other
questions can be asked after the presentation!

Let's start with the first slide. I have identified some of the most important
qualities. First, it is a clear awareness of your own goal. Of course, without a goal,
it is impossible to achieve a result. You need to clearly understand what needs to
be done to achieve the goal, which ways to overcome, and so on.
Secondly, it is a moral willingness to take risks. Sometimes the very path that we
want to go to achieve the result does not exist without any losses. After all when
we want something, we need to sacrifice something, and this is normal. And
sometimes you have to take risks that can lead you to the goal much faster. The
third quality is adequate self-esteem. The leader must be calm, clear-headed,
confident in himself and in his abilities. All these important qualities help him to
behave correctly in certain critical cases.

Okay, let's move on to the next slide. Let's analyze the most difficult question. Are
they born or become leaders? It is difficult to answer this question. Many scientists
are still thinking about this question. However, for me, leadership is more an art
than a science. This is a set of innate qualities that are improved over a long time
with the help of training and experience.

To sum up, if you want to be a leader and constantly improve your leadership
skills, then becoming one is not a difficult task.
