I am Jasmin N. Tongol, with student number 20180859- C, an incoming 3rd yr BS

Psychology student of this University. I am writing to express my intention to enrol this
1st semester AY 2020-2021 using the new mode of learning.

I understand that University of Caloocan City is offering a blended/flexible learning this

semester that encourages independent learning, and it is my responsibility as a
student to comply with academic requirements as announced in the opening of
the semester by each respective faculty.

Submitting this letter also signifies that I have the capacity to learn through
synchronous (online) and asynchronous (offline/modular) modes of delivery.
