Introduction to Finance (FIN 201)

Assignment Guideline
SPRING ‘2021
Step 1: You will be assigned one companies from Yahoo Finance.
Step 2: Collect annual reports of the assigned selected companies
Step 3: Please calculate the all ratios of companies that covered in Chapter 3. Calculate all your
ratios in and Excel File. You need to show all your calculations in excel file but use the calculated
value in your main report.
Step 4: Discuss each of the ratios for two years and explain their implications for the company.
Analyze the ratios that you have calculated (in step 3).
Step 5: Use graphs, charts in your analysis.
Step 6: Submission date will be on 6thth May 2021 at 2:00 pm. You have to submit the soft copy
of your report and excel file, you will also attach the required financial statements for both the
years.
** Note: Viva will be taken based on report. (10th may, Monday 12pm to 2 pm)
