customer that you make friends with him and he will come back all the
time.
• Effectively managing cash - A large reason why a lot of people come
is because they see the sign which has £5.00 which is put on in front
of the shop which beats a lot of other barber shops. To put a less price
we must ensure we don't over pay for our equipment and we get the
cheapest price possible but also good quality.

3. Luck has payed a little part in my business as a lot of people have


shared how they liked my barbers but the key to success to be a barber
is the location and service.

• Willingness to take risks - Hesitated to buy a lot of equipment which
were on sale but the sales would of had to be high. Later on when I
needed it I payed more as it wasn’t on sale.

• Media - To be able to advertise more so more people would come
