SALES AND MARKETING PLAN

In order to reach our target market, we have two strategies: social media marketing and
developing interpersonal relationships with content marketing and philanthropic marketing. We
have also included the AIDA (Attention, Interaction, Desire, Action) strategy that ensures we
maintain consumer interest across all promotional platforms and campaigns. Our previous
experience in running a similar business shows that advertising costs can easily overwhelm a
start-up company, so keeping marketing simple, creative and cost-efficient will be challenging.
Cost-effective use of marketing budget is one of our keys to success.
SEO & SOCIAL MEDIA
We are going to utilize all social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
Youtube and etc. in terms of marketing. We are planning to create in-app ads that will provide
brand visibility and direct traffic to our website. In addition to interactive marketing strategies,
digital advertising helps us expand our market reach, to the 169 million mobile users in the
Philippines (Statista). Brands are proven to experience an ROI of as much as three pesos for
every peso invested. Paid advertisements on Facebook and Instagram increase consumer
awareness with special giveaways and promotions. Each post includes images or videos in
order to capture the attention of scrolling users. Instagram clips depict time lapses of the printing
process to provide customers with a first-hand experience. The short Instagram clips, Facebook
and YouTube videos serve as lead generation.
PHILANTHROPIC EFFORTS
In addition, we are also going to donate 5% of profits from certain products to charities
and institutions that help people at the end of the fiscal year. Philanthropic efforts create a good
reputation for the company and allows consumers to become humanitarians. Walmart for
example, experienced a 20% increase in sales after their public philanthropy projects.
LEAD GENERATION
Product interest from mobile users will lead them to our profiles where we will provide
information and links that will redirect them to our website. We can communicate through direct
messages and our website for product information. Further marketing plans are to be executed
by the marketing team using various techniques learned from courses and personal
experiences.
