• It is not proper to sneeze anywhere and cough anywhere
because the germs and virus are so tiny. We cannot see
them with our eyes, but they can make us sick.
Keep this in mind
• Using a clean handkerchief or a piece of tissue paper is a good habit to practice.
• Always wipe your hands and face with a clean handkerchief or a piece of tissue
paper.
• Learn a way to sneeze that will help keep from getting on your hands and to other
people if you do not have a clean handkerchief or a piece of tissue paper to cover
your nose.

1. Use the arm you are comfortable to use.
2. Bring your arm close to your face.
3. Bend your arm so that the elbow joint is covering your nose.
4. Try making a fake sneeze into your elbow.
