As part of our Educational Requirement under our Accounting Systems subject, our
group with the following students: Anthonette Asada, Denise Clarite, Almira Desierdo, Anika
Mae Fierro and Olivia Genobis would like to gather information about your corporation in
relation to our professional field. This is with an objective of coming up to an improved
Accounting System and enhanced segregation of duties. Likewise, this will supplement diverse
theories that we have obtained as third year BS Accountancy students of the University of
Negros Occidental Recoletos for a simultaneous comprehension and application.

your industry as our subject of study and thus allow us to utilize your materials as one of our
references and conduct an interview in your vicinity. Rest assured that the data we will gather
